We do not offer refunds, we run an Exchange Only policy.
Refunds are only offered in the case that the item is Faulty
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept exchanges on any item that is unworn and still fitted with all labels. You have 14 days to return an item for an exchange from the time you receive your order.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office to send your items back to us and keeping the receipt.

Please also ensure add a note with the returned items, that way we know who it's coming from.
You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. In the case that the item/size isn't in stock at the time we will process a refund onto a Gift Card.
If your size/item is unavailable after you place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
